Westerman's Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
- 2 cups pumpkin
- 1 t. cloves
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 2/3 cup nuts & raisins
- 2/3 cup shortening
- 2 2/3 sugar
- 3 1/2 flour
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup water
- 3 t. baking powder
- 2 t. soda
- 1/2 t. salt
Directions
Preheat Oven: 350
Put all ingredients into LARGE mixing bowl and mix. It's a lot to mix. When
baking in bundt pan, cook about 1 hour and 10 min.
When baking in small loaf pans..maybe 3 or 4,
cook less time...maybe 30-45 min.
Need to watch and probably toothpick test for doneness....about 40 min. or so.
Remember to spray your baking containers
