Pumpkin Layer Cake

Ingredients

- 1 pkg yellow cake mix
- 3 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup oil
- 3 eggs

- Whipped Cream Frosting

- 2 cups whipping cream (or cool whip)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour two 8 0r 9 inch round cake pans. In large bowl, combine all cake ingredients. Beat at low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes at high speed. Pour batter into greased and floured pans.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans.
In medium bowl, beat whipping cream until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar and cinnamon; beat until stiff. Frost layers.
