Heath Brittle Candy

Ingredients
- 1 lb butter (do not substitute)
- 1 lb light brown sugar
- 6 Hershey bars
- Chopped almonds or pecans

Directions
Cook: 1 lb butter & 1 lb light brown sugar to 300 degrees.
Butter (or PAM) cake roll pan (15 x 10) - sprinkle chopped almonds or pecans on bottom of pan.
Pour butter mixture over this.
Break up Hershey bars on top & spread evenly as it melts.
Sprinkle more chopped almonds or pecans on top.
Cool completely and break into pieces.
Hint: Candy is not ready to break into pieces until chocolate is completely hard.
