Fudge Truffle Cheesecake (2)

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
- (1) 12 ounce package semi-sweet chocolate chips
- (3) 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- (1) 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla
Directions
Combine vanilla wafer crumbs, powdered sugar, cocoa and butter.
Press firmly in the bottom of nine-inch spring form pan.
Melt chips in heavy sauce pan, over very low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, beating until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
Add melted chips. Blend Well. Pour into crust.
Bake at 300 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes or until center is set.
Cool to room temperature. Then chill several hours before serving.
